Kitchen Klutz: Stuffed Baked Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
6 large tomatoes
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp onion, grated
Salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs
Directions
Slice tomatoes in half and remove pulp. Chop pulp and combine with cheeses, green pepper, onion, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet. Fill tomatoes with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
