Welcome to Brooklyn
Get ready to party: Knitting Factory opens its doors in Brooklyn tonight.
Occupying what once was Luna Lounge, the formerly Manhattan venue is simply following its audience, according to Chris White, the Knitting Factory’s talent buyer.
“We were looking for spaces all over town, and this was the space that suited us the best,” White told our paper last week. “A lot of the core audience for the shows lives right here. Hopefully people will want to come to Brooklyn. There’s enough going on out here.”
So looks like you won't have to go too far for tonight's show.
The Knitting Factory is located at 361 Metropolitan Avenue. The show tonight is at 7 p.m., with Les Savy Fav. Tickets are $17.
