Bushwick: By day, the neighborhood is filled with art performances, with the BETA Spaces festival. By night, film, as the Zero Film Festival kicks off at Nut Roaster Studios with a night of independent pieces and music.
Fort Greene: You've lived through the Atlantic Yards saga. Now see the play, "In the Footprint," from the investigative theater troupe The Civilians, running at the Irondale Center. Or, if you're more of a Kurosawa fan, head to the Brooklyn Academy of Music for "Throne of Blood," a stage adaptation of the masterful Japanese filmmaker's work.
Sunday, Nov. 14
DUMBO: It's the Ziegfeld Follies, but with a modern twist, during the Brooklyn Follies, a nice of dance spectaculars.
