CMJ Day 1

It's that time of year again.

CMJ is back with even more bands than ever crammed into five sleepless nights. And for the opening night kick-off, you don't want to be anywhere but Brooklyn. Brooklyn Bowl, to be specific.

Tonight, New Jersey's always solid Yo La Tengo plays a free show at the Williamsburg venue, with Screaming Females in tow.

The show is free, so you don't even need a stinkin' badge.
