Prospect Heights: The Brooklyn Museum's Great Hall is finally open, so you can finally see what was behind those white walls. Open now through Jan. 15, 2011

Downtown: Ballet gets a Brooklyn makeover with the Brooklyn Ballet in "From Baroque to Hip Hop." Also Saturday and Sunday. Also in the neighborhood, get a sneak peak at Issue Project Room's new Livingston Street space with a benefit hosted by Steve Buscemi and Jo Andres, with Elliott Sharp.

Fort Greene: Catherine Deneuve is the center of attention at the Brooklyn Academy of Music this month, as the venue beings a 25-film retrospective of the French film start beginning tonight with "Potiche" and "Repulsion."

Park Slope: Arthur Miller's "The American Clock" finally gets his due in a production by Brave New World Repertory at Brooklyn Lyceum. Also Saturday and Sunday.
