Williamsburg: Find out what happened to Hansel and Gretel "happily ever after" at 17 Frost Street.

Saturday, Sept. 18

Park Slope: Or, for more comic fare, head to the Gallery Players for "What The Butler Saw."

Bushwick: Celebrate Oktoberfest with good brew and fine food at Roberta's.

Borough-wide: Feast on authentic Mexican cuisine at great prices through the aptly named New York Authentic Mexican Restaurant Week.

Midwood: Or, if you're in the mood for Greek specialities, head to the Three Hierarchs Church's Greek Food Festival. Also Sunday.

Borough-wide: Yom Kippur's over, and you're hungry. Check out our guide to eating right post-fast.

Williamsburg: Indie gods Pavement play the Williamsburg Waterfront.
