Orange French Toast
Ingredients
1/2 loaf white bread
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup orange zest
Orange marmalade
Directions
Combine eggs, orange zest, cinnamon and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl. Coat slices of bread in batter then cook in frying pan until golden brown on both sides. Serve toast with orange marmalade.
